Delivery Policy

For local customers, packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Mauritius Post.

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 24-48 hours of being received, except on Fridays, where orders are dispatched the following Monday. 

Goods are sent in envelopes or carton boxes depending on size & quantity of products. In case products are sent in a box, the postman may drop a postcard at home and you will have to collect the box at your nearest post office.

We endeavour to dispatch orders as quickly as possible and in the order in which they are placed. We aim that the package reaches your home within 5 to 10 working days following confirmation of an order, unless otherwise agreed. Please allow up to 7 additional days for Rodrigues. Though we aim to deliver within the communicated time frame, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events.

For foreign customers, where delivery should be done anywhere outside Mauritius you will have to pay for a shipping cost. 

Delivery will be either by Mauritius postal services or EMS PARCEL POST/ Mauritius Parcel Post and customers will be able to track the product.

If an item in your order is unavailable, we will inform you before you proceed with your payment via email. 

Shipping costs for orders outside Mauritius are non-refundable and are based on the weight and destination. Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value added tax, custom duties and excise duties.

If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 24 hours from receipt of your order.

Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
