An order placed cannot be cancelled after 24 hours as these are designer and handmade products so after 24 hours we proceed with the product packaging for delivery so we can't cancel the order.In case a customer wants to cancel it 25% of the total will be deducted.
Never send back an item without informing us. It's very important that you DO NOT send the item back to us until you have verified with us and no credit or replacement shall be given on such items.
Consider using a registered post for sending back purchased products as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Any shipping/postage costs of sending back to us above what customer paid for shipping/postage charges while receiving them from us are the responsibility of the customer.
Please return within 5 working days ( for local customers) and 14 working days ( for international customers ) of confirmation from our end and with original packing & in original condition (please, no worn, washed, used or altered items). Kindly ensure to mail us at sale@maisonvlatka.com with your order number and couple of pictures of the product inorder for a Sale Representative to guide you via email with the Returns Methods.
Kindly note that we are not accepting any returns for stitch clothing and handwork products as each single product is checked by Maison Vlatka team before delivery .
We will examine the product you return, figure out what went wrong, and take immediate steps to prevent such problems from reoccurring.
As safe delivery to you is our responsibility, in the same way, sending back safely to us is your responsibility. If something happens in transit and the package doesn't get delivered to us, we cannot help you. So make sure to send through a reliable courier agency only and forward the tracking details to us and keep the airway bill till it gets delivered to us.
Please mark the items as defective order returns.
Chargebacks / Refunds
No claim for refund after 24 hrs of order confirmation, return or exchange of fee will be entertained for custom stitch product related services and handwork product. In case of multiple payments for the same acquirer reference number (ARN),for custom stitch product related services including miscellaneous services, the claims for refund will not be entitled.
Be extra alert when accepting parcel from courrier
If the outer packing is damaged or tampered with, do verify the item's quality and quantity with an invoice before accepting the package from the courier agency.
In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remarks on the proof of delivery. Also lodge proper complaints to the local office of the courier agency, so that we may pursue them.
If you do not like the product which you received from maisonvlatka.com, please send an email to sale@maisonvlatka.com. We are not giving full replacement of all the items, few items are handmade and manufactured upon order request. Those items cannot be returned back. We shall issue a 50% refund of the cost of the product (50% shall be charged as Order Processing charges.)
Customers need to first contact us by sending an email to sale@maisonvlatka.com with information such as order number and couple of pictures of the material, before returning any product. If you return the products before let us know the same, then we will not provide any refund.
In case of genuine fault from our side, we will refund the money or we may replace the product without additional charges. Once dispatching the order, if the order / product will return because of an incomplete address / wrong address then we are not responsible in such cases and we will not provide any refunds.
Time for shipping or postal delivery mentioned on our mail confirmations are indicative and approximate values only and sometimes due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason. If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay because an item is out of stock or if there is an unusual delay in filing an order, we will notify you by email. However, any dates for delivery are approximate only and we are not liable for any delay in delivering your order or any part of it. We may choose to deliver your order in separate parts. In some cases, we may offer to refund you for the unfulfilled part of the order.
Returns of non - Maison Vlatka items
You are responsible for verifying the contents of any parcel before you return them to us.
We do not have any responsibility for the care or return of the contents of any parcels which are erroneously returned to us (which included any products provided by other retailers) (“Erroneous Returns”).
We may (but are not entitled to) contact you to inform you that you have made an Erroneous Return.
Any Erroneous Returns which we receive for a period of 7 days from the date we receive them will be stored by us. If you have not contacted us regarding the Erroneous Return within this time, we will assume that the package has been abandoned. We reserve the right to destroy any such Erroneous Returns without notice to you.
Regarding the volume of returns we process, we do not promise that we will be able to locate every case of Erroneous Returns we receive.
If we are able to locate an Erroneous Return, we will take measures to return the relevant contents to you, but reserve the right to first require you to pay funds for reasonable costs in processing, storing and returning those contents to you.
